More School!!!

This may be old news to many, but last October I was accepted to Medical School!!! It was a good feeling. But even more exciting is the fact that we'll be moving back up to Washington. I will be going to Pacific Northwest University in Yakima, WA. The interview experience was awesome there and we are both very excited. They even gave Amy and my parents a personal tour of the facilities.

After the interview.

SO... because the studying is so intense for med school, we have been talking about getting a big desk for studying, etc. Well today at work, some of the doctors wanted to clear out some rooms and get rid of everything in them, including their desks! They only got them a year or two ago and they wanted me to take them to D.I., but I asked if i could just have one instead. They were happy to have me take it. Therefore we got a $150 desk (not that nice, but FREE) for nothing! It is big, so I am excited.

Amy is Showing! . . . A little

One day Amy's belly started popping out just when she ate. Then like 2 days ago it just stayed out there permanently.

Oh, AND she is smoking HOT with that little belly too.

Big News

Well I bet you can all guess what this is. Amy doesn't like when I call it, "it", but we won't know what "its" gender is for a little while. So here "it" is. "It's" due July 15th(ish). We are very excited!

One more thing...

How in the heck do you make the pictures bigger on these stupid blogs??? Please comment, but no comments that are making fun of me if its something easy. Remember, I already think blogging is a little bit on the gay side, so I don't want to become some expert or anything.

Fall

Amy and I went on a small hike/walk up in the canyon on Saturday to enjoy the last really nice, warmish day before this cold hit. She refused to allow any pictures of us because she claimed we both needed to shower and were too gross. Whatever, I went along with it, so all you get are some nice scenic shots.

More Summer Updates

Amy and I got a pretty crappy, old table for $10 when we got married and got 2 chairs for free. Oh, and the chairs were crappy too. I fixed the chairs, and we had been dealing with the table. We then decided that a great summer project would be to totally sand down and refinish our table and fix one of its broken legs. Here are a few shots of the transformation. I also realize that the pictures are backwards, so you see the finished product first. oh well. AND thanks to Grandpa for letting me use some of his tools and back yard. When we finished, it was funny to hear him INSIST that this table was now worth at least $500. I'm not so sure about that, but if the perfectionist of all perfectionists liked it, I guess we did an ok job.

Halloween Stuff

We did some pumpkins too. I tried to add some dry ice in mine and got a pretty cool effect.

Amy made some sweet Halloween cupcakes that were a hit at our party, but were so cool that people were afraid of eating them.

This year Amy and I were Ketchup and Mustard. The costumes were very comfortable. We couldn't find yellow pants, so we got grey sweat pants and dyed them yellow... and it worked, mostly.
